To some, OEM only refers to products that are designed entirely based on the buyer specification, while others classify even the slightest modification of an existing ODM product design as OEM.
That said, most buyers and suppliers would agree that the primary definition of an OEM product, is a product for which tooling (for example, injection molds) must be produced before production can start.
Our OEM process:
1:Design Confirmation.
Once we received your product design, we will carefully check and investigate the design, including product construction and functions. In respect to unreasonable points, we will discuss with our clients and make sure it is suitable for sample making, even mass production. This process may take 3 days, but if depends on customers' response speed.
2:Details Communication
Before processing with sampling, our professional salesman will confirm all details with you. Including material, finish, color, lining, logo, and packaging method.
3:Sample payment
Normally sample fee is necessary for a sample making. According to the sample's complexity, for exmple, the wood type and logo type, the sample may vary from $200-$500. However, the sample cost could be refounded in case you place bulk order to us.
4:Sample Making
We have a strong sample making team with 5 guys. They can quickly turn your design into a prototype. You don't need to wait for a long time. Generally speaking, the sample making will take around 7 days.
5:Mass Production
After receiving the sample and confirmed approval, a purchase order could be directly sent to our salesman. We will arrange production after confirming receipt of 50% deposit. Relying on our advacned equipment and skillful workforce, and our strong production capacity( as we have three factories), we can ship your goods within 30 days. In case of urgent order, less lead time could be achieved as well.
6:Delivery
When goods are ready, you are welcome to arrange QC or the third inspection company to inspect all goods. We are responsible for second inspection fee if the first inspection failed. When inspection passed, we will choose the reliable and economic transport partner to ship your goods. But before this, one thing is certain that you are happy with the shipping cost.
